These terms cover the apps published by Store Standards Ltd on the Shopify App Store, and this website. Installing one of our apps means you accept them.

The service

We provide software that reads and writes data in your Shopify store through Shopify's official APIs, within the permissions you grant at install. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and we publish our uptime rather than promising a figure we have not measured.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your normal Shopify invoice. Plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time by uninstalling the app. We do not issue partial refunds for a month already started, because Shopify's billing does not support it.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your Shopify account secure. We cannot tell an authorised user from a stolen login.
• Check the stock numbers our apps write. The app is a tool, not a substitute for a count.
• Do not use our apps to break the law or Shopify's own terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited under English law.

Ending it

You can uninstall at any time. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if an account is being used to break these terms. Your data is deleted as set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
