A delivery arrives and the stock is in Shopify within the hour. The labels are another job. You find each product, work out how many turned up, type the number, print, then start again. On a delivery with thirty variants that is most of a morning.
StandardLabel takes the counts from the delivery itself. Open it, check the numbers, print.
The part no other app does is the subtraction. It remembers what it printed for every line. So the second half of a split delivery gives you labels for the second half, not for all of it again.
功能
这个应用能做什么
Print the right number of labels for the stock you just received.
-
It subtracts what you already printed
Receive 7 of 12, print 7. When the last 5 arrive, you are offered 5. Every other app offers 12, and you fix each line by hand.
-
Quantities come from the delivery
Label counts are filled from what the shipment accepted. Rejected and short lines are left out, so you never label stock that did not arrive.
-
Thirteen label stocks, ready to go
Dymo, Zebra, Brother and Avery sheets on Letter and A4. Pick your stock, print a sample, and check it lines up before you commit a roll.
-
Barcodes that actually scan
Bars are drawn as vector, not as a picture of a barcode. They stay sharp on a 203 dpi thermal printer, which is where blurry labels fail.
-
Codes for products that have none
Products with no barcode get an in-store code you can save back to Shopify. It uses the range reserved for shop use, so it cannot clash.
-
A print history you can undo
Every run is recorded. Reprint a batch when a label jams, or void one that never made it to paper, and the counts correct themselves.
-
Print from the product page
Print actions sit on Shopify's own product pages and product list. Select the rows you want and print, without opening the app first.
-
Read-only, almost entirely
The app asks to read products, locations and transfers. It writes one thing, an in-store code, and only for products you pick yourself.
怎么用
三步把货从货车录进 Shopify
来自应用的真实界面,不是营销效果图。
-
第 1 步
Open the delivery
Incoming Stock lists what has arrived, newest first, with the supplier and location on each row. Pick the one you have just unpacked.
-
第 2 步
Check the numbers
Each line shows what was accepted and what you have already printed. The To print column is the difference, and you can edit any line.
-
第 3 步
Print
Choose your label stock, preview the sheet, and print. The run is written to history, so the next delivery starts from the right number.

常见问题
常见问题
What happens when a delivery arrives in two parts?
You get the right number both times. The app keeps its own record of what it has printed for each line, and offers the accepted quantity minus that. Print 7 from the first drop, and when the remaining 5 land you are offered 5, not 12. This is the main reason the app exists.
Which label printers does it work with?
Any printer your computer can already print to. The app produces a PDF sized for your label stock, so Dymo, Zebra, Brother and ordinary Avery sheets on a laser printer all work. There are 13 presets, and a calibration page for getting a new roll lined up.
Is this a replacement for Stocky?
For label printing, yes. Stocky stopped being available on 31 August 2026, and Shopify's own migration guide says labels cannot be printed from the purchase order screen and do not fill in from a partial receiving. That gap is what this app covers. It does not replace Stocky's forecasting or stocktakes.
What if a product has no barcode?
The app can assign an in-store code and save it back to Shopify, for the products you choose. It uses the number range GS1 reserves for in-store use, so a generated code can never collide with a real product's barcode. You see the exact list before anything is written.
Do I have to open the app to print?
No. Print actions appear on Shopify's own product pages and on the product list, so you can select a few products and print labels without leaving the admin. The app itself is where receiving-driven printing happens.
What is the difference between the plans?
How many labels you print in a month, and nothing else. Every plan has every feature, including the already-printed subtraction, all the label presets, in-store codes, print history and all your locations. Free covers 200 labels a month, Standard 2,000, and Unlimited is what it says.
What counts against my label allowance?
Labels you actually generate, from a delivery or from a product page. Calibration sheets and samples do not count, and a reprint of something you have already printed does not count again. If a print run would take you over, we tell you how many you have left rather than printing part of it.
What access does it ask for?
Read access to products, locations, transfers and shipments, plus one write scope used only to save an in-store code to a product you have picked. Nothing else is written to your store, and the app keeps no stock numbers of its own.
